There was no evidence of criminal activity. Wednesday, 2:37 p.m. — A 44-year-old man was arrested on charges of third-degree theft and third-degree robbery in the 1400 block of Siskiyou Boulevard after he was suspected of shoplifting and attempted to use physical force to take an item at Market of Choice. He was additionally arrested on two felony warrants and a misdemeanor warrant. Wednesday, 7:38 p.m. — A 38-year-old man was arrested on a charge of restraining order violation in the 2200 block of Villard Street. Wednesday, 11:20 p.m. — Police took an adult man into protective custody in the area of South Pioneer and East Main streets. He was transported to detox. Thursday, 12:07 a.m. — A 29-year-old man and a 28-year-old man were arrested on a charge of second-degree disorderly conduct after they were suspected of fighting in the first block of North Main Street. The 29-year-old man was additionally cited on a charge of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. Thursday, 12:29 a.m. — A 36-year-old man and a 30-year-old man were arrested on charges of disorderly conduct after they were suspected of fighting in the area of North Pioneer and East Main streets. Thursday, 12:43 a.m. — A 37-year-old man was arrested on charges of physical harassment and disorderly conduct. He was lodged at the Jackson County Jail. Thursday, 3:02 p.m. — Police investigated a restraining order violation in the first block of Winburn Way.
