--> --> ODOT makes plan for barrier removal Ashland Daily Tidings The Oregon Department of Transportation will begin removing the concrete barriers on North Main Street early next month, with the remainder of the work to be finished by December, officials said today. Road work on Valley View Road to Fourth Street that began last spring is nearing completion, according to city officials. However, ODOT Project Inspector Jason Sheadel noted that the work will continue until mid-December due to necessary precautions that will need to be taken when installing new guard rails.
