File Photo The Ashland High boys soccer team has held their first two playoff opponents - Springfield and Mountain View - scoreless. The Grizzlies aim to topple Central Catholic with the same defensive prowess. A joint advanced scouting effort has given the Grizzlies a clearer picture of their next opponent. But, as the Ashland High boys' soccer team prepares for Saturday's quarterfinal clash with Central Catholic, head coach Eisa Tiaa Toutou is more concerned with his own team than he is with the Rams. "If we're calm and we play our game - consistent passing to the feet and space - we'll win the game," Tiaa Toutou said following Tuesday's win over Mountain View. The Class 4A playoff match is scheduled to kickoff at 1 p.m. at Central Catholic High in Portland. The winner advances to Saturday's semifinal round, where it will face either Sheldon or Jesuit. Tiaa Toutou knows a little about the Rams through a friend who watched them play. "They play long ball," Tiaa Toutou said. "They have a few guys that are very skilled. We need to look for them and cut them off." Three Rams' senior David Bloudek, senior Alex Nichols and senior Bryan Hale - earned first-team All-Mount Hood Conference honors, while their head coach, Steve Ancheta, was named the league's coach-of-the-year. The Grizzlies took a bus this morning and were scheduled to practice at the game site this afternoon. Saturday's forecast calls for temperatures in the high 50s with a possible morning rain shower. Tickets cost $6 for adults and $4 for students.
