Both were banned from the park for 30 days. Thursday 6:23 p.m. — Girl failed to obey a stop sign and caused a motor vehicle accident, Garfield and Iowa streets. There were no injuries. Thursday 11:20 a.m. — Transient, 35, cited for blocking the sidewalk, 200 block of A Street. Thursday 9:55 a.m. — Burglary and theft reported, 100 block of Nutley Street. The incident occurred between 5:30 p.m. Wednesday and 9:55 a.m. Thursday. Jackson County Fire Dist. 5 Thursday 11 p.m. — Out-of-control open burn, 8200 block of Wagner Creek Road. The fire threatened a garage but did not burn the structure.
