The police are asking the public for any information that could help them take him into custody. Dickerson is described as a white male, 6 foot tall, weighing 190 to 200 lbs., with brown hair and green eyes. He may be traveling in a silver bus with seven passenger windows on each side. The incident happened about 9 p.m. Friday in Lithia Park. Ashland police Chief Tighe O'Meara said an officer noted a smell of marijuana coming from a man sitting on a bench who was holding what looked like a lit cigarette. When the officer asked the man's name, the man refused to give it and got up to leave. The officer attempted to stop him, but the man resisted and punched the officer.
