Next, click on "Select photo or video" in the popup box that appears. 3. Select the photo or video file you wish to upload or drag and drop the selected content into the box. 4. Fill in the following fields: Title, Description, Credit (you should enter your name in the Credit field). 5. Choose from one of the assignments in the "Submit this to an assignment?" dropdown menu. 6. Tell us where and when you took your photo. 7. Fill in your email address. 8. Click on the box next to "I agree to the Terms of Service." 9. When you're finished selecting and filling in the photo or video details, click "Submit." » How do I upload a video? You would follow the same steps to upload a video as you would for uploading a photo. » What size does my photo need to be? Your photo should be no larger than 100mb. » What format does my photo need to be in? Your photo needs to be in one of these formats: jpg, gif, or png » What format does the video need to be in? Your video needs to be in one of these formats: flv, mpg, mp2, mpa, mpe, mpeg, mpg, mpv2, mp4, mov, qt, 3g2, 3gpp2, 3gp, wmv, avi, 3g2, or 3gpp2 » What size does my video need to be? Your video should be no larger than 100mb. » Why do you want my email address? We need your email address for verification, and in case we have any questions. » Do I have to use my real name? The use of your real name on photos is encouraged, but not required. » Will you be using my photo or video on your website or in your newspaper? Yes, your photo or video will be visible on our website once it is approved. We may share your photos with our print readers as well. » How long will it take for my photo or video to appear on your website? As long as it takes for us to approve it.
