Ashland Police and Fire 2:55 a.m. Friday - Male observed leaning in passenger side window of vehicle, Laurel and Ohio streets. Subject fled on foot when officer attempted to make contact. 2:05 a.m. Friday - Hillsboro man, 22, stopped for failure to obey traffic signal and arrested for DUII, Siskiyou and Iowa streets. 1 a.m. Friday - Purse found missing at night club, 60 block East Main. Purse and contents valued at $200. 9:11 p.m. Thursday - Two juveniles started a large tractor, jumped off, and ran, losing key, Nevada and Cambridge streets. Key valued at $20. 3:25 p.m. Thursday - Binoculars found near lower duck pond of Lithia Park. Binoculars valued at $25. 2 p.m. Thursday - Unknown person or persons threw trash in back alley, 1600 block Ashland Street.
