Meeting set on `Open Adoption' Open Adoption and Family Services will offer an informational meeting for prospective adoptive parents at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Rogue Valley Medical Center, 2825 E. Barnett Road, Medford. Literature on the program will be available. The presentation is free and open to the public but space is limited. Open Adoption and Family Services is a non-profit organization facilitating adoptions in which both birth and adoptive parents create healthy, long-term relationships with the child.
