Ashland Police and Fire 3:29 a.m. Thursday - Female juvenile cited for curfew violation, 200 block Mountain Avenue. Subject transported home and released to mother. 3:14 p.m. Wednesday - Transient male, 44, arrested for disorderly conduct and trespassing after refusing to leave business, 80 block Oak Street. Subject yelled and shook fists at employee and customers; employee asked subject to leave several times. Subject, who was extremely intoxicated, lodged in the Jackson County Jail. 3:07 p.m. Wednesday - Male juvenile cited and released for skateboarding in Ashland Skatepark with no helmet. 2:04 a.m. Wednesday - Unknown person or persons threw cinder block through window of SOU dorm room. Cost to replace window estimated at $350.
