Friday, 4:12 a.m. — A 22-year-old man was arrested in the 2900 block of Diane Street on charges of domestic assault, interfering with a police officer and criminal mischief. Friday, 6:58 a.m. — Police responded to a reported kidnapping and assault in the 400 block of Chestnut Street. Friday, 11:10 a.m. — A 51-year-old woman was arrested for littering in the first block of Winburn Way. Friday, 11:24 a.m. — A 30-year-old man was arrested in the first block of South Pioneer Street on charges of methamphetamine possession, second-degree burglary, second-degree theft, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and interfering with a police officer. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail. Friday, 12:54 p.m. — Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 200 block of Water Street. Friday, 1:59 p.m. — A 27-year-old man was arrested on a warrant in the first block of Winburn Way. Friday, 4:46 p.m. — A 24-year-old man was arrested in the 300 block of Engle Street for violating a no contact order. Friday, 11:14 p.m. — Police investigated a reported fight between two dogs in which one dog died at the corner of Lithia Way and North Pioneer Street. Saturday, 12:29 p.m. — Police investigated a dog attack at the corner of Iowa and Wightman streets. Saturday, 5:08 p.m. — A 22-year-old man was cited for drinking an alcoholic beverage in public in the 200 block of Water Street. Saturday, 6:53 p.m. — A male juvenile was referred to the Jackson County Juvenile Department on a third-degree theft charge stemming from a shoplift in the 200 block of North First Street. Saturday, 6:54 p.m. — Lost property was reported found in the first block of North Main Street. Saturday, 10:44 p.m. — Police investigated a reported theft in the 1100 block of Siskiyou Boulevard. Sunday, 12:51 a.m. — A 27-year-old man was arrested on a warrant in the first block of North Main Street. Sunday, 6:33 a.m. — A 44-year-old man was arrested on a warrant in the first block of North Main Street. Sunday, 8:09 a.m. — A theft was reported in the 600 block of Terrace Street. Sunday, 10:07 a.m. — Police investigated a vehicle theft in the 100 block of Harrison Street. Sunday, 12:12 p.m. — A 38-year-old man was arrested on four outstanding warrants and an additional methamphetamine possession charge at the corner of Helman Street and Orange Avenue. Sunday, 8:53 p.m. — An 82-year-old woman was cited and released following a misdemeanor hit and run incident in the 300 block of Bridge Street. Sunday, 10:27 p.m. — Police investigated a harassment report at the corner of East Main and Fifth streets. Monday, 12:03 a.m. — A 37-year-old man was arrested in the 2500 block of Ashland Street for failure to register as a sex offender.
