ASHLAND POLICE & FIRE 12:43 a.m. Tuesday - DUII, East Main and Second streets, Ashland woman cited and released to a sober adult. 3:21 p.m. Monday - Two-car vehicle accident, Iowa and Morton streets, one driver cited for failure to obey a traffic control device, $1,000 damage to each car. Monday - Rifle found in apartment, 00 block Garfield Street, turned in to police. PHOENIX POLICE 9:12 p.m. Monday - Talent man, 18, charged with third-degree rape, third-degree sodomy and contributing to the sexual delinquency of a minor, lodged in Jackson County Jail. The charges stem from the man's alleged relationship with a 14-year-old girl dating back to January 2003.
