Police reports, Oct. 28-31 Monday Oct 31, 2016 at 6:22 PM Local report Friday, 8:56 a.m. — Police took a report of identity theft in the 200 block of Morton Street. Friday, 10:09 a.m. — Police investigated a theft report in the Ashland area.  Friday, 10:28 a.m. — Police arrested a man on charges of driving while suspended, driving uninsured and improper use of a seatbelt at the intersection of Granite and High streets. Friday, 11:23 a.m. — Police arrested a woman in the Ashland area on charges of identity theft, second-degree forgery, criminal possession of a forged instrument and theft. Friday, 11:26 a.m. — Police investigated a report of cash stolen from a home in the 900 block of Tolman Creek Road. Friday, 12:18 p.m. — Police and Ashland Fire & Rescue responded to a non-injury motor vehicle crash at the intersection of Stadium and Ashland streets. Friday, 2:49 p.m. — Police investigated a report of assault at the intersection of Water Street and Van Ness Avenue.  Friday, 3:22 p.m. — A woman in the 200 block of South Mountain Avenue reported a burglary to police that happened in July or August of this year while she was out of town. Friday, 3:45 p.m. — Police arrested a man in the 1600 block of Ashland Street on a warrant and lodged him in the Jackson County Jail. Friday, 3:54 p.m. — Police arrested a man on an outstanding warrant in the 200 block of Water Street.  Friday, 5:52 p.m. — Police investigated a report of unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle, theft and criminal mischief in the 200 block of Winburn Way. Saturday, 1:20 a.m. — Police arrested a man for driving under the influence of intoxicants in the 1300 block of Siskiyou Boulevard and lodged him in the Jackson County Jail. Saturday, 1:26 a.m. — Police conducted a warrant arrest in the 1400 block of Ashland Street. Saturday, 2:39 a.m. — Police arrested a man for driving under the influence of alcohol at the intersection of B and North First streets.  Saturday, 2:58 a.m. — Police conducted a confidential investigation in the first block of North Main Street.  Saturday, 11:04 a.m. — Police investigated a report of a computer theft in the 2600 block of Takelma Way that occurred almost two weeks before the report. Saturday, 11:04 a.m. — Police arrested a man on first-degree criminal trespass in the 300 block of East Main Street. Saturday, 6:15 p.m. — Police cited a man for having an open container in public in the 100 block of East Main Street. Saturday, 9:06 p.m. — Police arrested a man for driving under the influence of intoxicants at the intersection of Ashland Street and Tolman Creek Road. Sunday, 11:01 a.m. — Police investigated a theft report in the 1400 block of Siskiyou Boulevard. Sunday, 1:41 a.m. — Police investigated a report of an unknown suspect assaulting several people by spraying them in the face with pepper spray in the first block of North Main Street. Sunday, 2:36 p.m. — Police responded to a report of a dog bite in the 400 block of Williamson Way. Monday, 4:57 a.m. — Police investigated a hit and run in the 2500 block of Ashland Street.
