He was taken to detox. 12:30 a.m. Wednesday - A car was stopped for a light violation on Siskiyou Boulevard at Ashland Street. The passenger of the car, an Eagle Point woman, 29, claimed a small amount of methamphetamine was hers and was cited. 11:30 p.m. Tuesday - An Ashland girl, 15, was cited for possession of alcohol and tobacco at Lithia Park. An Ashland boy, 16, was also cited for being in possession of alcohol. 4:13 p.m. Tuesday - A male juvenile was cited for prohibited skateboarding in the Downtown Plaza. He had been warned numerous times and had been cited twice. His skateboard was confiscated. 4:02 p.m. Tuesday - A woman reported a man grabbed a dollar bill from her hand and fled in his car in front of the Ashland Minute Market on North Main Street. 1:23 p.m. Tuesday - A male transient, 51, was arrested for a warrant out of Lane County. He was lodged at the Jackson County Jail in Medford. 8:59 a.m. Tuesday - The Ashland DMV office on Tolman Creek Road reported a California woman, 40, falsely completed an application for a driver's license. She was also in possession of a forged W-2 Internal Revenue Service wage form. She was accompanied by her son, husband and nephew. It was discovered the son, 25, was cited on Monday for possessing a forged W-2 form at a Medford DMV office. All four were taken into custody by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Bureau and were escorted to their offices in Medford. Talent Police 8 a.m. Tuesday - Report of graffiti spray painted at the bathrooms at Library Park on I Street in Talent. Police said there were several other reports of graffiti at the park throughout the day. A group of juveniles is suspected.
