ASHLAND Police Reports Comment By Daily Tidings staff report DailyTidings.com By Daily Tidings staff report Posted Mar. 17, 2015 at 6:41 PM By Daily Tidings staff report Posted Mar. 17, 2015 at 6:41 PM » Social News Monday, 7:54 a.m. — A juvenile was arrested on charge of criminal mischief and harassment in the first block of Lincoln St.  Monday, 9:41 a.m. — A 61-year-old male fugitive was arrested on a Jackson County Circuit Court warrant in the 1100 block of East Main St.  Monday, noon —Ashland police receive a cross report from Oregon Department of Human Services regarding possible child neglect in the 1300 block of Oregon Street.  Monday, 4 p.m. — A 19-year-old woman was issued citations for third-degree theft of mislaid property and misrepresentation of age by a minor in the 1300 block of Madrone Street.  Monday, 7:10 p.m. — A 36-year-old man was arrested on a charge of second-degree criminal trespass in the 200 block of Maple Street and taken to the Jackson County Jail.  Monday, 11:58 p.m. — A 25-year-old woman reportedly trespassed in a private community hot tub/pool area in the 400 block of Lori Lane.  Tuesday, 1:18 a.m. — A 23-year-old male fugitive was arrested on a warrant in the first block of Winburn Way.
