He was arrested and taken to the Jackson County Jail in Medford. 6:40 p.m. Monday - Ashland man, 25, was stopped for a municipal violation on the Plaza. The man refused to identify himself and was warned if he refused to comply he would be arrested. The man refused to provide identification and was arrested for interfering with a police officer. 11:59 a.m. Monday - A vehicle struck a parked car on First Street at East Main Street. The impact caused the second vehicle to get pushed into a third vehicle, which than struck a fourth parked vehicle. The driver of the first vehicle was cited for careless driving.
