Ashland Ski Area will offer round-trip shuttle service to the mountain beginning Saturday. Marketing Director Jamie Schechtman said the bus service is being provided by Merlin-based Wine Hopper Tours and will run once daily Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays through Medford, Phoenix and Ashland.  It also will run on Monday, Presidents' Day. Schechtman said the tour company is using a 40-passenger bus, whose services were paid for by donations from Southern Oregon University, the Neuman Hotel Group, Professional Transportation Services International, Radio Medford and James Shannon of Carrera Medford. Round-trip tickets from Medford and Phoenix will cost $15, and tickets from Ashland will cost $10. SOU students will pay a reduced price of $5 a ticket. A full list of pick-up and drop-off locations is available at winehoppertours.com .  All four lifts at the ski area are now open, following heavy snowfall last week.
