Not only have they had to scale back the amount of shows available due to poor attendance caused by the height of Covid, but now several shows have had to be canceled due to the performers themselves contracting the virus. This includes understudies, who are usually there in case an actor is forced to call in sick. The shows Romeo and Juliet , The Three Musketeers , and Twelfth Night all had viewings cut. Multiple social media platforms where the OSF connected with fans had to break the news to those eager to see a live showing. “We had every hope that the show could go on, but the health of our artists and crews is of top priority,” the posts read. These viewings have already passed , but if you had a show canceled on you and have not heard the news already, ticket holders will have the opportunity to refund, donate, exchange, or receive a voucher for a show that had been canceled . Ticket holders will also be notified if any changes occur or if they need to take any more steps to snag their refund.
