--> --> Fertilizer reform A bill revising the state's fertilizer laws has passed the House on a unanimous vote, 46-0, and will now move on to the Senate. The bill is sponsored by Rep. Jeff Kropf, R-Halsey, is the first major revision of the state's fertilizer statutes since 1955.
