ASHLAND POLICE & FIRE 10 p.m. Tuesday - Unknown person used a forged prescription to obtain a controlled substance valued at $10 from the Rite-Aid pharmacy, 2300 block Ashland Street. 4:45 p.m. Thursday - Sick deer dispatched, 00 block Granite Street. 2:52 p.m. Thursday - Transient man, 19, cited for riding a bike on a sidewalk downtown. 8:15 a.m. Thursday - Tempe, Ariz. man, 21, cited for prohibited camping in a cemetery, 400 block Normal Street..m. Thursday - Hit and run to property, 1300 block of Madrone Street, police responded to report of possible fight, contacted subject who claimed to have been hit and run over by vehicle but refused to press charges, parked vehicle damaged, $250 damages. 9:30 p.m. Wednesday - Menacing, 1300 block of Evan Lane, a juvenile female brandished a knife while arguing with her stepfather. 9 p.m. Wednesday - Criminal mischief two, harassment, Lithia Way and Pioneer Street, male arrested for damaging victim's car and punching victim in the shoulder. TALENT POLICE 8:40 p.m. Wednesday - Assault, 500 block of Talent Avenue, male adult slapped his girlfriend prompting police response, male was booked and lodged in the Jackson County Jail.
