The man was too intoxicated to take care of himself and was released to the custody of his parents. 6:05 p.m. Monday - Two men were arrested for outstanding warrants on the 400 block of Lithia Way. Both were cited for being in possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and taken to the Jackson County Jail in Medford. 6 p.m. Monday - Report of flames coming out of a electrical service panel at the Jackson Wellness Springs at 2253 South Pacific Highway. Jackson County Fire District No. 5 officials said there was no fire when crew arrived.
