Friday, November 29, and Saturday, November 30, have been allocated as license-free Fishing Days by the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife (ODFW). Crabs and clams are included in the license exclusion. Free fishing means you don’t need to buy the regulation fishing license, but the other rules do still apply.
