Brecke, 37, died April 6. He moved to Southern Oregon in 2015 and brought with him a long record of community activism in the Eugene area. He was secretary of the Bellview Grange at the time of his passing. The Bellview Grange invites friends and family and all who have been touched by his life to join in a memorial service honoring him and his legacy of love and service, starting at 2 p.m. The grange is at 1050 Tolman Creek Road.
