ASHLAND POLICE & FIRE o 12:37 a.m. Thursday - Two 20-year-old Ashland men cited for minor in possession of alcohol by consumption, North Main and Glendale streets. PHOENIX POLICE o 7:09 a.m. Thursday - Two-vehicle accident, C and First streets, Phoenix woman, 19 cited for driving while uninsured, driving while suspended and failure to obey a traffic control device, $1,500 damage to both vehicles, no injuries. JACKSON COUNTY FIRE DISTRICT NO. 5 o 1 a.m. Thursday - Structure fire, 11200 block Mt. Ashland road, two-story home destroyed.
