The man was intoxicated and riding his bicycle. Wednesday 12 a.m. — Rock thrown through driver’s side window of a vehicle parked at Beach and Ashland streets. The incident occurred between 9:45 p.m. and midnight. Tuesday 11:33 p.m. — Man, 39, arrested for possession of a controlled substance, 00 block of Emerick Street. Ashland police officers located the man at the request of a Talent police officer and transported him to the Talent police station. Tuesday 2 p.m. — Driver’s side window of a vehicle broken, 300 block of North Main Street. The incident occurred on Monday or Tuesday. Tuesday 10:16 a.m. — Identity theft reported. Tuesday 8:40 a.m. — Theft of mail on July 16 and 17 reported. Oregon State Police Saturday 8:16 p.m. — Central Point man, 18, cited for DUII-alcohol and minor in possession of alcohol, Highway 99 at milepost 1. The man had a blood-alcohol content of .20 percent. Thursday 11:35 a.m. — Ashland woman, 25, cited for reckless driving, Interstate 5 southbound at milepost 17. The woman was involved in a road rage incident with her ex-husband’s fiancé and endangered the safety of the second woman, who was driving another vehicle on I-5.
