--> --> Oregon man charged in Illinois SELMA (AP) - An Oregon man is being held in Virginia on a charge of concealing the homicide of his roommate, whose body was found in an Illinois ditch. Jack Dee Moore, 53, was apparently shot to death while on a cross-country motor home trip with Charles K. Evans, 54. The men shared a remote cabin in Selma, a small southern Oregon town. Moore's body was dumped between two cornfields in Downs, Ill., between May 23 and May 27, according to the charges. Complete autopsy results may not be available for up to two weeks, and McLean County Coroner Beth Carlson-Kimmerling declined to say what kind of weapon was used and how many times Moore had been shot.
