Harry was born August 14, 1947 in Long Beach, Calif. He attended Saint Columban's, Blessed Sacrament and Mater Dei High Schools and studied one year at the Norbertine Seminary, all in Orange County, Calif. He was a charter member of the Noblemen's Car Club of Redlands, Calif. in 1966. Harry earned a jurist of law from Western State College of Law in Fullerton, Calif. He was an attorney and one time president and member of the Southern California Orange County Bar Association and was also a pro tempore judge. Harry is survived by his mother Lucie Scioli, Medford, Ore.; his sister Amanda Hertz-Crisel, Eagle Point, Ore; brother Terry Hertz, Grass Valley, Calif., Tony Hertz, Pismo Beach, Calif.; children Cameron Hertz, Orange, Calif.; daughter Sabrina Hertz-Martinez, Huntington Beach, Calif., Allie Meyers, Roseville, Calif., and four grandchildren. The service will be held at 9:30 a.m. Friday, January 16, 2015 at Abbey Chapel, 558 Business Park Dr., Medford, Ore., 97504, 541-770-6505.
