The man was cited for being a minor in possession of alcohol. o 4:22 p.m. Monday - Report of a non-injury vehicle accident on eighth at B Street. Damage to both vehicles estimated at $6,000. o 11:47 a.m. Monday - A black leather bag valued at $100 was reported stolen from Henry's Laundromat on Ashland Street.
