--> --> Seattle sets mark for wins SEATTLE (AP) - Seattle set a team record for wins in a season as Ichiro Suzuki went 3-for-4 to extend his hitting streak to 20 games and raise his average to a league-leading .348 in a 5-1 victory over Detroit. David Bell had his first career two-homer game in the majors. Seattle (92-36) has 34 games left in their bid to break the AL record of 114 victories by the 1998 New York Yankees. Rookie Joel Pineiro (3-0) combined with relievers John Halama, Jeff Nelson, Arthur Rhodes and Kazuhiro Sasaki on a three-hitter.
