Sneak Preview. You may choose to begin with our Romaine, Pear and Gorgonzola Salad, with spicy glazed walnuts. For lunch, you have a wonderful choice of entrees, like the smoked salmon saffron ravioli in a roasted garlic cream sauce. For dinner, try Alex's Lamb: New Zealand 8-rack of lamb in a marinade of garlic, black pepper, olive oil and fresh rosemary, mesquite grilled. Finished with a green peppercorn demi-glaze.
