Memorial service set for girl killed in van wreck A memorial service will be held for Jessy Newman, 14, at 2 p.m. Sunday, at the Ashland Christian Fellowship at 50 East Hersey Street. Newman died following a rollover vehicle wreck that occurred early Sunday morning. She was returning to Ashland with a group of youths from a 12-day missionary trip to Mexico when the accident occurred south of Sacramento. All 12 occupants suffered injuries, three critically.
