He refused to leave the location and was taken to Jackson County Jail. Thursday 1:22 a.m. — Woman, 27, and man, 21, cited for trespassing under the Clay Street overpass. The pair were camping on railroad-owned property. Wednesday 10:19 p.m. — Connecticut man, 23, cited for disorderly conduct at the Flagship Inn, 1100 block of Siskiyou Boulevard. The man confronted another man who had asked him to control his dog in the parking lot. Wednesday 11:12 a.m. — Promissory note and a catering contract stolen from Helena Darling Catering, LLC, 200 block of East Hersey Street, in November. A past employee may be responsible. Wednesday 7:35 a.m. — Security light broken at the Lithia Park Reservoir restrooms. Wednesday — Ashland man reported someone stole $20,000 from him between May and November of 2005. Dec. 29 or 30 — Purse stolen at or near Skylark Assisted Living Facility, 900 block of Skylark Place.
