--> --> Phoenix man facing rape, assault charges Ashland Daily Tidings A Phoenix man faces charges of rape, unlawful sexual penetration and domestic assault following his arrest by Phoenix police. Danny V. Osborne, 54, was arrested at 6 p.m. Thursday after Phoenix police were called to a domestic disturbance on the 500 block of South Rose Street in Phoenix, according to Phoenix police. When officers arrived at the reported disturbance, they arrested Osborne, who had allegedly assaulted his girlfriend. Osborne was lodged in Jackson County Jail on $2 million bail.
