ASHLAND FIRE & RESCUE 2:45 a.m. Friday - DUII, Mountain Avenue and Siskiyou Boulevard, vehicle stopped for a traffic violation, driver arrested, cited and released for driving under the influence of intoxicants. 1:06 a.m. Friday - Disorderly conduct, 100 block of East Main, adult male arrested for disorderly conduct after he started a fight, lodged in the Jackson County Jail. 11:37 p.m. Thursday - Criminal trespass, open container, Walker Avenue and train tracks, cited and released two male adults for hitchhiking and hiding on a moving train, railroad requested criminal charges, also cited for open containers. 8:24 p.m. Thursday - DUII, Ashland Street and Tolman Creek Road, traffic stop for violation, driver showed signs of intoxication, was arrested, cited and released to a sober adult. 6:50 p.m. Thursday - Drinking in public, open container, Winburn Way, two transients were cited and released for open containers and drinking in public. 2:50 p.m. Thursday - Theft two, YMCA, unknown suspect stole complainants wallet from locker room, value estimated at $75. 3:15 p.m. Thursday - DUII, possession of methamphetamine and marijuana, Barbara Street and Tolman Creek Road, traffic stop, male driving impaired, a search of the car found methamphetamine, passenger found with marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school, cited and released. 7 p.m. Wednesday - Burglary two, criminal mischief two, theft two, 00 block of North First Street, suspect entered Grizzly Peak Roasting Company through a bathroom window, a coffee brewer and money was stolen, $350 estimated value for cash and brewer. JACKSON COUNTY FIRE DISTRICT NO. 5 6:30 p.m. Thursday - Smoke investigation, Tyler Creek and Highway 66 near Boldy Creek, fire crews responded with Oregon Department of Forestry officials to a sleeper fire, District No. 5 crews were returned as the fire was suppressed by ODF crews.
