Smullin, Sober receive awards Cory Sober, a broadcasting student at Southern Oregon University, recently was awarded the Bill Schonely Broadcast Scholarship. The award was announced during the annual conference of the Oregon Association of Broadcasters in Bend. Additionally, Patsy Smullin, the president of California Oregon Broadcasting, Inc. was honored by her peers with the Broadcaster of the Year Award.
