Ashland Ski Area announced it will reopen today, Friday, after grooming remaining snow so it can reopen some ski runs. Comer, Windsor and Ariel chairs will open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., but no beginner runs will be available. Mt. Ashland will continue its regular operating schedule as long as conditions permit, the announcement said. The Saturday afternoon concert series continues at 2 p.m. with guitarist Jeff Koetzel on the third floor of the main lodge. The show can also be viewed online at Concert Window ( www.concertwindow.com/mtashland ).
