I would like to see goals, strategies and actions re social benefits that result from implementing the plan.
In particular,
carrying out the plan will certainly require some expansion of green jobs in the Valley.
That benefit should be
identified in the plan with stated intentions to hire locally for any jobs created as a result of implementing the plan.
We
should be able to sponsor job training in an equitable way and set High Road hiring goals for green jobs.

Need knowledgeable and committed staff person to guide the implementation and the further
improvement/effectiveness of the plan.

Actual evidence that there is a real problem with the climate (note all the snow we are getting this year and last). And
evidence that the city can do anything substantial. I believe this is another program wasting tax payers money.
Apologize for the straight talk, don't want to waste your time. City needs to get out of the money wasting business and
focus on city services (basics) not all these foo-foo politically correct nonsensical programs.
