Ashland Police & Fire 3:29 a.m. Wednesday - DUII, possession, speed racing, North Main and Jackson streets, APD stopped two vehicles for speed racing, both drivers had symptoms for being under the influence of alcohol, driver one was arrested for driver under the influence of intoxicants, driver two was cited for speed racing and released. 6:36 p.m. Wednesday - Warrant arrest, felon in possession of restricted weapon and carrying a concealed weapon, Third and A streets, contacted felon in regards to probation violation, search found subject in possession of dagger and metal pipe containing marijuana residue, cited for possession of less than one ounce, lodged in the Jackson County Jail. 11:01 a.m. Tuesday - MIP by consumption, A and Fifth streets, five minors were cited and released after found to be in possession of alcohol by consumption. 2:25 p.m. Monday - Theft two, Ashland Middle School, juvenile stole credit cards and other items from a purse then used the credit card to purchase items from the Internet, referral, theft two and fraudulent use of a credit card. Talent Police 10:04 p.m. Tuesday - DUII, South Pacific Hwy and New Street, talent man cited and released to Detox after it was discovered he was under the influence of intoxicants.
