Karate Dance instructor Vanessa Newman will offer a Dance with Parkinson's class at the Ashland Karate Academy (644 Tolman Creek Rd.) in Ashland. The class uses professional dance choreography, both seated and standing, for individuals affected by Parkinson's and other chronic conditions.
