Ashland Elks Casinoween Fundraiser Scheduled for this weekend on Saturday, October 26, the Ashland Elks Casinoween fundraiser promises to be an entertaining event that also raises funds for a theater student scholarship at Southern Oregon University and Ashland Elks’ Elevator Fund.
