When police attempted to stop the car the two were driving, they eluded officers, abandoned the car and fled on foot. After a foot chase though houses at Creek and Meadow drives, the men were caught. 6:32 a.m. Friday - Transient man, 22, cited for overnight sleeping in Lithia Park near the bandshell. Graffiti applied to a wall at the Ashland Shopping Center, $100 cleaning cost.
