ASHLAND POLICE & FIRE 3:20 a.m. Tuesday - Theft three, warrant arrest, 500 block of Clover Lane, responded to theft report, located two suspects in the area, both were cited and released without incident. 12:47 a.m. Monday - Criminal mischief two, theft two, Indiana and Madrone streets, unknown person smashed driver side window and took a $200 radar detector from vehicle, $500 in damages to car. 1:45 a.m. Sunday - Criminal mischief two, 2300 block of Ashland Street, complainant reported an unknown person kicked his motorcycle over causing damage, $300 in damages. 12:04 a.m. Sunday - DUII, East main and Lincoln Street, female stopped for traffic violation, investigation concluded she was driving under the influence of intoxicants, cited and released to a sober adult. 10:29 a.m. Sunday - Reckless burning, 2000 block of Ashland Street, fire previously occurred, two juveniles responsible have been identified, investigation continues. 9 a.m. Sunday - Reckless burning, YMCA park, juvenile male lighting "armor-all" wipes on fire in doorway of men's restroom, under investigation. 11:25 p.m. Sunday - Criminal mischief two, 100 block of Lincoln Street, Ford station wagon front and passenger side windows broken out, $600 in damages. 6:51 p.m. Saturday - Possession, Lithia Park, male taken into custody following report of a severely intoxicated male passed out in a vehicle, male consented to search of vehicle which turned up a small amount of methamphetamine, lodged in the Jackson County Jail. 4:40 p.m. Saturday - Criminal mischief, offensive littering, criminal trespass, 600 block of Harmony Lane, complainant reported suspect caused damage to his business every night since Wednesday, suspect turned over garbage cans, spread trash, detached vacuum hoses and damaged fence, $200 in damages and clean-up costs. 6 p.m. Friday - Theft two, 00 block of Wightman Street, unknown persons stole a red "Outpost Trail" mountain bike from complainant's front porch, $600 in losses. PHOENIX POLICE 5:35 a.m. Saturday - Warrant and possession, Fern Valley and Breckinridge road, 29-year-old Medford male arrested for harassment warrant, search found methamphetamine, lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $4,000 bail for warrant and $5,000 bail for possession. 9 p.m. Friday - Domestic assault, criminal mischief, harassment, violating a restraining order and interfering with a police report, 100 block of West First Street, 41-year-old Medford male lodged in the Jackson County Jail on above charges, $20,000 bail.
