The exhibit continues Martin's ongoing exploration of the visual voice found in areas of urban civilization. The gallery is open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Mondays through Fridays and 9 a.m. to noon Saturdays. Dan Crary and Beppe Gambetta Singers, songwriters and steel-string guitarists Dan Crary and Beppe Gambetta will perform at 8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 17, at the Unitarian Fellowship, 87 Fourth St., Ashland. The duo's repertoire combines elements of Gambetta's European roots and Crary's innovations for American steel-string guitar. Called “Stories We Can Tell,” the show celebrates 20 years of collaboration. Advance tickets cost $20 and can be purchased at www.stclairevents.com, at Music Coop in downtown Ashland, or by calling 541-535-3562. Tickets will cost $22 at the door, $10 for ages 12-17. Kids 11 and younger get in free. The Greencards Progressive bluegrass band The Greencards will perform its newgrass stylings at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 18, in the Music Recital Hall on the Southern Oregon University campus, 1250 Siskiyou Blvd., Ashland. The quartet's newest album, "Sweetheart of the Sun," was released last year on Darling Street Records. Reserved seating costs $24 and $27.
