Guest forum The RCC choice is an easy one Jackson County residents have obviously recognized the value of the wide range of services that RCC provides: College transfer courses, adult basic education, GED preparation, English as a second language, vocational training, and customized workforce programs. Although the college has only been operating here in Jackson County since 1997, it is already an integral member of the community it serves. Letters A vote for RCC Since Rogue Community College became a full partner in higher education in Jackson County, I've been impressed with the range of programs offered and the creativity of its staff. Urging council to promote equality We strongly support the Ashland City Council to approve the Housing Commission's recommendation to provide low income housing (Lower Pines.)
