An officer contacted a male transient, 23, who was shouting obscenities and appeared to be highly intoxicated. The man became aggressive with officers, causing a small crowd to gather. He was arrested for disorderly conduct and taken to the Jackson County Jail in Medford. 8:40 p.m. Monday - Male transient, 29, arrested for disorderly conduct at the Beau Club on the 300 block of East Main Street after refusing to leave the business. He was taken to the Jackson County Jail. 5:08 p.m. Monday - Male transient, 26, arrested for two outstanding warrants out of Deschutes County on Water Street at B Street. 5 p.m. Monday - Two Ashland men, 20 and 21, cited for prohibited skateboarding on East Main Street at Water Street. 5:30 a.m. Monday - Three potted plants valued at $75 stolen from the 900 block of Clay Street.
