The man was taken to the Jackson County Jail in Medford. 7:30 a.m. Monday - Unknown subjects entered Village Shoes on East Main Street and took property and cash from the premises. 6:43 a.m. Monday - Vehicle pulled over on Interstate 5 near exit 19 for speeding. The driver, a Vancouver, Wash., man, 26, was arrested on a fugitive warrant out of Washington. The driver and his passenger, a Vancouver, Wash., man, 31, were arrested for possession, manufacturing and delivery of marijuana. They were both lodged at the Jackson County Jail.
