He was in possession of marijuana. He was arrested for driving under the influence of a controlled substance and for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. He was lodged at the Jackson County Jail in Medford. o 10:30 p.m. Wednesday - A parked car was struck in an alleyway by an unknown vehicle between Omar's and Southern Oregon University on Siskiyou Boulevard. Damage to the car was estimated at $200. o 12:52 p.m. Wednesday - A girl, 17, was cited for stealing a scarf valued at $9 from a business on North Main Street. o 12:25 p.m. Wednesday - A pickup struck a girl, 17, on East Main Street. She suffered minor injuries and was treated at the scene. o 8:30 a.m. Wednesday - Unknown individuals stole a propane tank from the patio of Yerba Prima on Jefferson Avenue. Several items have been stolen from the patio since February. Three weeks ago, a window was broken by a rock.
