Talent police said Marion Joan Jackson got into an argument with her live-in-boyfriend for not cleaning the dishes, and stabbed him between his armpit and waist, at a residence on the 100 block of North Pacific Highway at 2:09 a.m. Sunday morning. Police officials said Jackson was highly intoxicated at the time. The man, who's name was not released, refused medical attention. Jackson was taken to Jackson County Jail in Medford where she was being held in lieu of $1 million bail. 8:42 p.m. Sunday - Report of unknown subjects who broke lights fixtures in front of Tolman Creek Park. Damage was estimated at $80. 8:35 p.m. Sunday - An Ashland man, 35, was arrested for violation of a restraining order on the 400 block of Willow Street. The man also interfered with a 911 phone call being made. He was lodged into the Jackson County Jail. 3:30 a.m. Sunday - An Ashland man, 26, was observed throwing a cup of beer out of the window of his car on the 200 block of 4th Street. He was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. 1:48 a.m. Sunday - Report of unknown subjects who entered the Tech Building at Ashland High School an took an unknown number of soft drinks. 1:40 a.m. Sunday - A vehicle was pulled-over for a traffic violation on Siskiyou Boulevard at Garfield Street.
