David Bolitho Nicholas A private memorial service will be held for David Bolitho Nicholas, 62, of Medford who died Tuesday, June 17, 2003. Memorial contributions may be made to Asante Home Health and Hospice, 2825 East Barnett Rd. Medford, Ore. 97504. Mr. Nicholas was born April 14, 1941, in Denver, Colo. to Kenneth and Ethel (Wilkins) Nicholas. He moved to Medford in 1975, where he was active in the Medford YMCA and the Rogue Valley Harmonizers Barbershop Singing Group. Survivors include his father, Kenneth Nicholas of Medford; and brother, William Nicholas of Ashland; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother. Arrangements are under the direction of the Hillcrest Mortuary, Medford.
