Ashland Police and Fire 1:18 a.m.. Thursday - Ashland male, 18, and Talent male, 18, cited and released on charges of minor in possession by consumption after a noise complaint was made, Sheridan and Walnut streets. Between 6 and 7:15 p.m. Wednesday - Unknown person or persons entered vehicle and stole purse. Purse recovered, $312 cash and a wallet valued at $5 missing. 3:37 p.m. Wednesday - Two intoxicated adult males taken into custody after reportedly causing a disturbance at business, 500 block Siskiyou. One of the subjects was also cited and released for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. 3:26 p.m. Wednesday - Male golden retriever found with no collar or identification near playground at Lithia Park. Transported to animal control.
