Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor — formerly Prince Andrew, Duke of York — met Jeffrey Epstein in 1999 through Ghislaine Maxwell and remained connected to him for two decades, including a widely reported 2010 visit to New York after Epstein's 2008 conviction that Andrew later said was meant to end the friendship (Giuffre v. Prince Andrew — Wikipedia). Virginia Giuffre filed a civil lawsuit against him in August 2021 under New York's Child Victims Act, alleging Epstein and Maxwell trafficked her to have sexual encounters with Andrew on three occasions in 2001, when she was 16–17 years old — allegations Andrew's lawyers said he "unequivocally" denied (BBC; NBC News).
